I’m an Engineering Manager and Google Developer Expert for Android who’s all about building happy, high-performing teams and creating tech that truly makes an impact.

Over the years, I’ve built, led and grown engineering teams across fintech, healthcare, and automotive, helping turn big ideas into scalable, user-focused products. I’m passionate about helping engineers grow — from designing personalized development plans to setting up mentorship programs that make learning part of the culture.

I enjoy making teamwork flow. Whether it’s streamlining agile practices, introducing better systems like modularization and design systems, or collaborating with product managers to deliver faster. I’m all about clarity, collaboration, and great code.

Outside of work, you’ll often find me on stage at DevFest or DroidCon, or other exciting tech events and meetups, sharing lessons from the trenches of engineering leadership, or writing about the ever-evolving world of Android and tech careers.
